Super clean, the location is good, nice neighborhood, very near a tram that connects to the city center. Has supermarkets and restaurants near by. The owners are very kind and helpful.

The 12 euro breakfast was worth it. Very friendly staff, located in a quiet place but still well connected to the centre. and close to quite a few restaurants and grocery store. The entire stay felt very relaxing and comfortable
I stayed here only because there were no hotel rooms available in Lille itself. Having worried that it would be too far out of the way, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was able to get to the hotel from the centre (20 mins via the tram from Lille Flandres). It is in a leafy neighbourhood and a very pleasant alternative to staying in the middle of the city, and better than numerous hotels there. Really enjoyed the breakfast, which was brought to my room and made for a pleasant change compared to the buffet breakfasts available in most hotels.
