The hotel is very charming. It is right in the heart of Juan Les Pins but not noisy area. Just a few steps away from the beach, cafes, shopping and train station. Great Location. Even Greater staff. They are very helpful, very positive, very kind makes the stay even more comfortable.

We loved Joanna the owner along with the cat named Dobby. We loved our room with a view and the bed was comfortable. Right next to the train station which was fantastic. Also could walk to many great beaches.
