Clean and very spacious room in a pleasant setting. We didn't use the kitchenette, but it was nice to see that there was a table where you could sit comfortably to eat plus another small table on the balcony. The bed was comfy.
Loved the view, the balcony and the kitchen. The size of the unit was great. The location was really quiet.

We were very positively surprised that the apartment was newly renovated - completely new kitchen (with microwave, hob and fridge; no oven but that was fully fine for us), new bathroom and restroom. Flat screen and quick WLAN in the apartment. Apartment with beautiful view on the lake and a balcony. The apartment was cleaned every day. Very nice landlady, who helped us with everything we needed.
The hotel is not far away from the Evian train station, however all the way is quite steep uphill (which we unfortunately didn’t notice at GoogleMaps). If travelling with heavy luggage, it is advisable to take a taxi. Way from the hotel down to the train station is easy then :-). If coming by car, there was lots of parking space for the cars.
We are looking forward to be back next year.
