The staff were great, very accommodating, friendly and efficient. The bar and restaurant outside the hotel was excellent. Altogether a very good experience.

Charming building in an excellent location. Lovely staff and the restaurant was decent.

This is an authentic accommodation in middle of old, lovely downtown, in a more than 4 hundred old building. The room was quite old school, like last reconstruction was in the middle 70s, but correlates the style of the house. The beds were fine, it was comfortable and fine to sleep in them. The hotel has a good restaurant with good meals and staff. The wine was above expectations.

Zum Schnogaloch is a quintessential Alsatian inn, housed in a super-cute traditional house, offering rooms upstairs, and operating an authentic restaurant/bar downstairs and just outside the building. It is a no-nonsense experience, without the fancy extras, but it does the job and provides a super vibe with warm hospitality (as well as great food). I stayed one night during a cycling trip and would do it again. Great place!
