Hotel de Margaux, Марго, Франция

Great location, a short walk to town for lunch or dinner at Le Savoie and a visit to Mlle Margaux for chocolate tasting, or to Chateau Margaux for a peek through the gates. We were in the annex, a block away from the main building, where the rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated, bathrooms beautifully updated, and the garden in the back was lovely! The receptionist Tamida, was very kind and helpful. We stayed for just one night, enjoyed it very much.

The hotel is located a short walk from the world famous Chateau Margaux, although they are not affiliated. Be sure to set your GPS for the right place! The room is spacious and comfortable enough, although the furniture is a little worn out. There is free parking out front, and check in is easy, even after hours. Children are welcome.
