The staff was very flexible and helpful to get accommodated with air conditioning and better place. Also arranged for safe parking during our trip on bike
The hotel is located in a lovely spot, right next to the Canal du Midi in Castelnaudary. It is conveniently located for pedestrian as well as bicycle access to this charming town. The room and facilities were well kept. There is no air conditioning in the rooms, which normally does not matter, because there are fans and easy to open windows. The hotel was the only place where we stayed that still had a bidet, which was charming. The breakfast was delicious and generous.
I would stay there again and recommend the hotel to others. Secure parking. Attentive and helpful staff. Views of the Canal du Midi from my room enganced my satusfaction.
We didn't have breakfast. The location is excellent, right on the canal and close to restaurants, shops etc. Also free parking at the hotel.
Manager and staff exceptionally helpful. Coukd walk to town via a side gate access along the canal. An easy 10 min walk. Room faced the Canal du Midi with a wonderful view of the boats moored up. Castelnaudary a friendly little village/town. .
