Hotel restaurant l'escale chez mimi, Биул, Франция

We appreciated the exchange with the owner at the time of the reservation and the welcome. The team is very pleasant. We feel good in this establishment. The village is very charming and the castle, and I'm sure the protestant temple, are worth a visit. We spent the Friday evening of April 7. We had dinner in the hotel's restaurant and I must stress that the dinner was excellent. A special mention to the mortjo prepared by the owner ;-) Friday at "Mimi" is Karaoke and we tried to participate as well as possible and spent an excellent evening. Thank you to all the team (boss, cook, Christelle and her sister Sandrine) for the good atmosphere and the smiles. Without hesitation, if the opportunity arises, we will come on a Friday night to sing. Thank you
