The staff at the reception is absolutely sharp I can’t describe how well the welcoming was
Excellent staff!! Worth the stay just for the people. Rooms, pool and menu were all great.
Emergency stopover when vehicle broke down. Staff were brilliant and really helpful. Reasonable location for walking into town.
The breakfast was good and the common areas are well equipped. The hotel restaurant is also good.
Room pleasantly large. Bed very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was constantly replenished and there was a range to suit most people. The evening meals were good. Personally I was delighted to find the cafe open at lunchtime on a Sunday. Above all it is the Front of House and catering staff who deserve a mention. They are all so helpful and good at their respective jobs.
