location and cleanliness were amazing! host was responsive and detailed and even drove us to train station at 7 am!!!
Excellent location near numerous cafes and restaurants, 50m from the beach. The apartment is well equipped and clean. We thank Frederic for his hospitality!

Frederic and Elisabeth were amazing hosts. they did a great job of explaining their apartment and all of the facilities upon greeting us. also had some good recommendations of things to do and good restaurants.
Frederic even offered to take us to the airport .. at 4:25am! very kind hosts.
the apartment itself was very well equipped and had everything we needed! a really great location one block from the beach and a good proximity to old nice. about 15-20 min walk. we loved our stay!
Elisabeth and Frédéric were perfect hosts: very knowledgeable and more importantly extremely friendly and helpful. They were great in communicating and adapting to our travel delay and they really went out of their way to explain everything about the apartment, and about the city, telling us not only about local specialties like Socca and Pissaladière--but even where to buy and where NOT to.
The apartment is well-equipped and is VERY centrally located (but not noisy).
