This is a charming hotel in a charming village that caters to cyclist and skiers. Chrystelle is brilliant and is well traveled herself speaking English like a champ.
I liked the ambiance and cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The staff was very exceptional and friendly. They were helpful in giving info regarding our stay, where to go, to ski etc. The food was amazingly delicious. The hotel has great amenities like sauna, jacuzzi, and a storage room for ski gear. It was overall clean. Cozy and modern rooms. Great heating system for winter.

Lovely location near the river with nearby parking and not on the main road. Clean with really nice breakfast. Good wifi.
Great hotel for a skiing break with family. Staff were lovely and went above and beyond to help where they could. Downstairs had a great play area for children. Onsite restaurant is good, even helped with dietary requirements. Boot room downstairs meant that skis were safely put away. About a 2 minute walk from the bottom of the slopes.
One day, we got the free shuttle bus to Lanslebourg, a few more shops and restaurants there and a good selection of beginner slopes too. Would definitely recommend overall!
