We stay one night after visiting Chateau.For one night is ok,we have parking,walking distance to the Chateu,to the bakery , restaurants and clean place to stay and go forward.
Moments before I arrived at the hotel, I realized that I had left my backpack on the train. The landlady helped us immeasurably to retrieve it. She drove us to a distant train station to help me retrieve it. I ultimately did get my backpack. If it weren’t for the landlady, it never would’ve happened. And I was only staying for one night.
The location couldn't be better, right in town near the chateau and restaurants. The staff were absolutely lovely and had helpful recommendations, and the breakfast area looked over a peaceful back yard while we had a great simple meal. They even provided bike storage for us overnight.
Room was big old style bed comfortable with Garden view
The reception was warm and personal, with efficient check in and check out and advice on local restaurants.. The bed clean and tidy. Clean,, good-sized bath tub. Television worked, though not for internet streaming.. Quiet and very convenient for the village and Château.
