Good value for money. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. The location is just amazing at the heart of Carcassonne. The staff are all helping and kind.
The staffs including small Sarah ;) were all very friendly and nice. They’ll let you use the tables and chairs on the ground floor as a common space. Shared room has a shower, a toilet, and a sink but there’s also bathrooms in the hallway. Would love to stay here again!
Close to the train station and center of the Bastide. Clean good value for the money, very basic. Has a good in-house restaurant and bar. Super friendly and helpful staff!
Everything! The moment I walked in, it was a warm ambiance & welcomed by a very lovely lady Sarah. Checking in was easy, bed was comfy, air conditioned, very well kept clean and felt very safe. I would come back here again!
