We ordered dinner there both nights. It was truly excellent. Hat's off to the chef. The place had an enjoyable rustic charm. We also tried out the swimming pool which was at a pleasant temperature.
This was a very cute and quaint boutique hotel with a strong sense of history and nice amenities. Located in the countryside, right between two smaller towns, it has some stunning views of fields and trees. You can even see donkeys and horses. The rooms were nicely sized, and it felt almost like you were staying in a room at a chateau. I loved that they had a pool, hot tub, and sauna (with showers and changing rooms in the pool area). Additionally, it was nice that they had complimentary breakfast as well as complimentary tea/coffee until 7:00 PM. The garden/patio in the back was very cute and inviting. They had a soap factory museum (though it was closed) and a soap store on-site, which I thought was super cute. They also had a small chapel, which was unique and beautiful. The free parking was a nice bonus! The staff was very friendly. Check-in and check-out were seamless. It was within driving distance of several wineries, Abbeys, chateaus, and museums.

We had a wonderful dinner on our stay. The breakfast room was warm and friendly and the food choices were many.
