The staff was exceptionally helpful, friendly and accommodating! They went out of their way to make our involuntary extended stay as comfortable as possible.
The breakfast buffet was excellent and always clean and orderly.
A very nice hotel! The location is excellent! The only disappointment was the bed, which has sagged and is seriously deformed!

The staff was great. Grenoble is a university town do lots of young people everywhere. Location was walking distance to everything. Rooms are small but the AC works great
