Excellent location and friendly communication. There are many things to do in the area, and we were happy to have a central location to sit out the occasional spring showers that poured through. The place itself was comfortable for our small family of three.great people to stay with.

The location is fabulous! The courtyard and little dining table outside were very nice and having a quiet night with the windows open to let in cool air was so comfortable. We slept great every night! Samy was very helpful and communicative!
Stayed with my wife and two small kids for a week. The owner is one of the best features of the apartment. Very accomodating, helpful and nice. Samy is a truly great guy.
The location is in the Montmartre so you need to use public transport to get to other tourist attractions, several bus and metro stations are located nearby.
The street is safe and full of tourists. But the inner apartment is very private and quite. Many supermarkets, restaurants and bulangeries are just outside.
The apartment is specious, relative to others on Paris, and sufficiently equipt. Good value for money.
Easy access to Metro and Monmartre. Felt very secure as not directly on the street. Convenient to have a washer in the kitchen. Overall a very good experience. Very appreciative for the late check out!! Would definitely return in the future.
