The location. The heating. The good vibes of the apartment.
Everything is as described with the apartment. Loved the keyless entry. Didnt stay in or cook but coffee maker is great although not usual brand.
The location is great, in front of (not so busy) metro station, over Starbucks (great for breakfast), next to a large plaza for morning stretch.
