The swimming pool is amazing

The service is appalling. You wait for at least an hour with no apologies. Lots of grunts, eye-rolling and the feeling you are an inconvenience. I can’t explain how bad the service is here but you will see for yourself…
However, the food is good albeit overpriced.
The service at the wine bar cepages and the food are actually the complete opposite. Very basic, expensive menu but quality food and service was brilliant and non comparable to the other Italian restaurant.
Creperie Suzette was also great for the pancakes. There was one waitress who spoke great English and was always accommodating and actually smiling!
The bedding was dirty upon arrival. Asked repeatedly for the boys bedrooms to be cleaned. Didn’t happen.
Ant infestation, all over apartment. It did get treated by day two but was dismissed repeatedly by reception.
You can’t sit outside as the furniture is dirty.
Be careful of the photos on this website when booking. The quadruple cottage is actually a comfort room. Do your research!!
The outdoor spaces were clean. The toilets were disgustingly dirty in the restaurants.
The worst I have ever experienced. Rude, dismissive , lied repeatedly. The staff don’t want to be there and do not care for customer service at all. Eg. We arrived and people were in our allocated ‘cottage’
No apologies by staff after hunting anyone down to help then allocated the to an awful room we didn’t actually book... Lots of excuses about hot water but no sympathy. We arrived at 7pm it was 9.30pm by the time we got in a rubbish room.
