Although the building and entrance appear a bit old, there was a pleasant surprise the moment I opened the apartment door. The place is conveniently located about a 6–7 minute walk from the Gare de Carcassonne and within 2 km of major attractions. This is a self-service apartment — there’s no receptionist, but the clear, detailed instructions provided in the app made everything easy, from finding the main door key to accessing the apartment itself. It truly feels like a tiny, cozy second home. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with a well-equipped kitchen stocked with all the necessary utensils and even a few condiments. Complimentary coffee and tea sachets added a special touch. The linens were fresh, and the bed was very comfortable. There’s a large TV and a washing machine — perfect for longer stays. The spacious bathroom was exceptionally clean, with both hot and cold water available, and stocked with body wash and hand wash. A dryer is also provided.

Convenient to the train station. It was a last minute booking due to a cancelled train. It was cheap and clean.

Slept very well, great location, pretty comfortable

The property was clean, spacious, the access to the apartment was easy and the neighborhood was quiet and nice.

Super location, quiet area I had a great time there. A well equipped room with all the things you may need. The small guest-book is a nice touch :) merci beaucoup!
