Résidence calme. Joli appart bien consu avec une place de parking et bien situé.
appartement très bien placé pour visiter Lille pas loin de la boulangerie qui prépare les merveilleux (spécialités de la ville )proximité d'une boulangerie à 1 minute de l'appartement
L'emplacement à côté du conservatoire et la place de parking étaient décisifs pour moi. J'ai un kangoo et ça passe dans le souterrain. C'est très calme, vue sur le parking. Il y a un marché les dimanches mercredis et vendredis juste devant. Le quartier est magnifique. Il y tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner et même une machine à laver. Pour les dosettes c'est nespresso !
