The appartment had a lovely, original design. Close to the centre.
The location was good, close to the centre of the Bastide for bars restaurants and supermarkets and a pleasant walk to the old city. The apartment was clean and well equipped. It had a comfortable bed.
A lovely modern oasis in a rustic medieval town.
The apartment is extremely spacious (just the two of us) spread out over ground and first floor with the bedroom on the cooler ground floor which was good as there's no AC.
Upstairs is a very comfortable living area with an extremely well equipped kitchen with everything you could wish for for a short stay.
The hosts were also very accommodating regarding checking in and out which made for a wonderful place to stay in Carcassonne.
Convenient location and clean, well equipped and a good size for a couple.
No breakfast included but plenty of local cafes and a bakery just round the corner
