Good location not too far from the center and beaches by walk. Everything was perfect for what I needed. Having AC was great!

Our stay at this small studio exceeded our expectations. The studio was clean and had a lovely balcony. It is conveniently located on a small quiet street, near tram line 2, making it easy to explore the city. There is also a supermarket nearby, which is very convenient. I highly recommend this cozy retreat for couples or solo travelers seeking a comfortable and accessible stay in Nice
