Great location. Supermarket very near. Private host.
The location! It is just next to the beach and also close to tram stations. It is not far away from Nice Center or Airport.

There is good A.C. & The fully-glazed Windows keep the road noise out.. allowing for peace & comfort.
Superb location, crosswalk to the beach in the front of the building, three tram stops to the centre. Two balconies to the street offers a bit feeling of the locals with view of passing trams. Windows isolate the noise well.
