The housing unit is located only a 15 minutes walk from the old city center, the neighbourhood is a new extension of the city. The mini apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed and it had a great view of the city as the building is located on a hill overlooking Rouen. On the ground floor there is a nice common space with a coffee machine, a tv and couch and a nice garden outside. There are washing machines in the basement. A perfect place for our week in Rouen.
The host was friendly and helpful. The room was modern, clean and well equipped, plus there was secure parking. The accomodation was in easy walk of the centre of town.
