Very comfortable bed, and modern studio. Includes a washer and dryer.
Great location, very close to the station
The apprtment is good for couples. They have almost 150sq.meter terrace connected to the apprtment. You can literally put your bikes there. The area is just a 5minutes walk to Caen main train and bus station. The property also have their own parking space. Careefour and other groceries are just within the vicinity. Cooking materials are also provided. The lock for the door is automatic, it requires a code or the specific key. We felt secure in this place. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this appartment.

Location is excellent if you are coming by train, otherwise a bit of a walk into the centre.
