Modern, clean and well equiped appartment with everything you need. Very close to Nice Riquier train station and to a supermarket with very good prices. Bus stations are also in the proximity. The privat underground parking place is excellent.

Everything was great, the apartment is small but you have everything you need and it is clean. If you are renting a car the garage is a very nice addition. We used it all the time. The neighbourhood is great and not far from the city centre. The only downside is the bed, it is a sofa bed and not very comfortable. Other than that we were very happy with our stay. The host was nice and helpful.

The property was good. Had what we needed, close to supermarket and train. The private parking was great

Location is good, during holiday trips take a walk is always something nice. Not so far from sea, restaurants and shops, are also near. Instructions is clear, and private parking. It was enough for me during short trip.

Facilities were amazing! Breakfast condiments along with tea and coffee provided, microwave, kettle and hob was really useful to us also. We had brought our own washing pods however they had been provided too! We were nervous about the parking situation however we had nothing to worry about! Parking garage is a lot bigger than some others we’ve visited and the parking space was a good size.
