Air condition was working like a dream. 36 degrees and no problem cooling down to 21 degrees. Tram station was just in front of the hotel. Microwave and heating plates were working fine. Fridge was was also working fine.
Ideal hotel for short stay, very near tram station so good location
Very well equipped. Clean. Right next to train station that takes you directly to the city. Friendly staff. Good neighborhood. Plenty of parking. Affordable price.

Clean room with access to kitchen amenities inside, public transportation, tram is opposite of hotel easy to visit city center, if you arrived with luggage - elevator very helpful plus+ you can get breakfast (good price) and coffe (coffee machine is available during all day, tasty and not expensive) Staff and reception is super hospitable !
Bathroom is comfortable, beds - good and soft
WiFi connection is okay
Supermarkets (few) near 8 minutes by walk
Not noisy, good for staying with family
