Very nice apartment recently renovated with brand new appliances and furniture. The host spoke English perfectly and gave us an invaluable guide with all the things to know for our stay (from how-to information about the appliances to attractions and restaurants in the area). The house has plenty of outdoor space and is in a quiet zone, with no problem finding a parking space, but not too far away from Antibes and Nice (even with the mid-August traffic you can reach both in about 30 minutes). Definitely one of the best houses I've ever found on Booking.
