I liked the location and the size of the stay. It fit 4 people comfortably. The air conditioning works perfectly well and it has 2 bathrooms!
Very good location, just far enough away from the noise of central Nice but very walkable if that was what you were after. Very close to the beach and promenade and a short walk to the tram.
Location is excellent. It's in the heart of the best part of the city. We loved the close access to everything, including the beach.
The hosts were super quick to respond and friendly when we booked some last minute accomodation in Nice.
