Location was perfect for my purpose. Room is in a nice-looking (and safe) gated building complex. Wifi was very strong and stable. Staff (Odette) extremely supportive and helpful throughout the stay. Although I didn't actually meet her, she promptly replied to my queries providing clear and useful instructions and explanations in WhatsApp. I particularly appreciated her help and flexibility in granting me a late checkout: this greatly facilitated the logistics of my return. Across the street there are a pharmacy and a grocery shop. Several decent and good restaurants are located in the neighborhood.

The apartment was very chic, colorful, and it had everything we needed for a whole week. The area is very quiet and clean, and it is also very close to the metro station. Yes, it is outside Paris, but you can get to any location in Paris by metro. We felt like we were in a dream inside the apartment. The hosts were very kind and helpful, and gave clear information about everything we needed. Overall, the price was very good, the facilities were more than we'd expected, and the area was ok for us.

Well placed, close to the metro station. Small market across the street. Quiet neighbourhood. Odette was really helpful with accomodation and responsive at all times.

The place was very spacious for Paris standards. And at night, it was totally quiet. Location is close to a metro station with good connections to Paris center (30 minutes to Eiffel tower).
