good value for money, good breakfast ,frendly staff and good location. It does what it says on the tin.
It's ok for a short stay. Small rooms with shared bathrooms. But it was quite clean. Not so far from the SNCF station, so you can reach the airport/Nice/Monaco/Cannes quite easily. There is a big supermarket nearby.

The hotel is close to the train station Villeneuve Loubet and the bus station for the bus line 620. You’ll find the beach just steps away, directly across from Villeneuve-Loubet train station. You can easily reach Nice, Antibes, and Cannes by taking bus line 620. It was an affordable option for me when I planned my trip.
