Its location was fantastic. Our adult kids hung out at a local bar and made friends. Air conditioning worked well and we also liked the bar. Parking was so close a garage was right across the courtyard
I've come to depend on the Ibis Chain. We use them in Greece with Novotel and we can count on the brand.

The price is exceptional for a great location, decent rooms and good service. Bonus points that it is very dog-friendly.
Great spacious family rooms (which is quite hard to find sometimes) - centrally located so easy to explore champagne houses and find a dinner venue. secure underground car parking (locked at night - unless you have a ticket) on the opposite site of the square so very easy to unload. This car park is called freshmille I think and it’s 9.80 euro for 24 hours if you pay upon arrival. It also has electric charging points which were easy to use. Hotel may want to promote this more as it makes staying centrally with a car easy. We stayed here for one night on route to south of France and again on our return back to the UK.
