Its location, staff were great and the hotel was very clean.
Great location. Friendly staff. Really good breakfast. They provided gluten-free bread. The tea was full leaf.
We were traveling by bicycle and were able to park our bikes in the garage overnight

The host that received us was very helpfull and spoke english very well. A big 10 for him!
The rooms were fresh, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great, a good variety and again all very fresh. The staff were very helpful and I have to confess their English is much better than our French. No tea/ coffee/ water in the room but it was available 24/7 (free) from the breakfast area. The coffee was proper bean to cup, not instant and the tea was again good quality loose tea with tea pots or you could fill your own tea bag. Only a short walk to the old part of Laval which is a delightful place and the parks are beautiful.
