Excellent location, very friendly host, clean property with flexible check in. Electric shutters allowed a quiet and dark sleeping room.
The property is a residence whit a good security and elevator:)
The studio is small but is ok for 2 persons juste missing a little thing to have a good cooking at home !

The host is very friendly, even though my bus arrived late to Nice, he still met me below the apartment and gave me the keys.
The room is very well organized, has a very small balcony but good to dry your clothes and towels.
The building is directly above the Tram Line (Carras) and very easy to go into town or outside of Nice - very easy to come and go back to the airport as well.
The host also took my care of luggage after my check out - he was very smooth and friendly.
Very good location (halfway from airport to city center). Communication and receiving the keys was very easy.
Very good location, 50 meters to the metro and close to the beach. The room had a small kitchen and a balcony. Perfect stay and I got a good price as I booked in the last minute during low season.
