Everything we needed was there. The location is superb.

The location is excellent. Angelo, the manager met us at the property to hand over the keys and show us around the property and facilities. Angelo was on hand to fix any problems, eg, light bulb not working.

Really great location, close to everything, the beach, supermarket and a fantastic bakery.

The location in a block just back from the Promenade des Anglais is excellent. There are also food shops very nearby. The flat is very comfortable and well-equipped and the terrace is a delight for eating and drinking, though there are no reclining chairs. Angelo is an efficient and helpful property manager.

Angelo was a great host.

The location was very nice, convenient short walk to the beach. The apartment was spotless, functional, with all amenities necessary. Air condition, washing machine, fridge. We enjoyed the balcony facing the garden, with a small view of the ocean. You can access the Promenade des through the garden.
