Clean, spatious, modern, family-friendly, nice furnishings, fully functional kitchen (traveling with two young kids, the kitchen is a must- we even baked a birthday cake :D ), good communication with the owner and cleaning lady, great parking, very good beach near by... all in all, 10 out of 10!

All we needed, perfect. Lovely balcony, close to the beach and the town. Sutivan itself is very charming.
LOCATION: The beach is 200 m away. We had a balcony with a sea view. Everything is close, it was easy to go for a walk in the evening, there are plenty of bars, restaurants nearby. The closest beach was perfect with the kids, we didn't really feel the need to go to a different beach every day.
EQUIPMENT: The apartment was super clean, equipped with whatever you need - minimalist, but just right (AC in the living room, dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen tools, stove, oven, fridge).
