Nice apartments (living room with a equipped kitchen annex, many rooms have balconies, there is air-conditioning) located in a quiet green neighbourhood, close (less than 1km, a quick walk) to the beach. We recommend the one in Borik - it's less crowded and can be more serene (photos attached, water shoes recommended). There are many cicadas inhabiting surrounding trees, many shops and restaurants. The owner speaks German, he is very hospitable and can help with planning your stay in Zadar. 3 km walk down a nice alley to the city centre.

Good quality wifi in our room made my short home office decision a perfect choice. I wrote in advance regarding room location and wifi and there it was, stable connection for my daily job. The owner was really nice and hospitable, for me it was like visiting a grandpa during summer :) with a great sense of humor! The location is superb when it comes to various beaches, restaurants, groceries, bakeries, it was a good choice compared to other properties in a short time in which we booked our holiday.
