family owned and run very helpful and in a good location for both Lapad and the old town. good bus service

Maria and her family were excellent, friendly hosts. The apartments are ideally situated - close to Lapad and approximately a 30minute walk from the old town. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool area was lovely and relaxing. We had a late evening flight home and Maria very kindly stored our luggage and allowed us the use of an empty apartment to change in before heading to the airport. We would definitely stay in California again when visiting Dubrovnik.

Great location Fantastic secluded Restaurant and harbour close by

The property was very nice, as was the pool area, we dealt with Maria through WhatsApp but her husband checked us in and their son drove us to the airport at check out. They were all very accommodating, punctual and easy too communicate with. The apartment itself is very well equipped and comfortable and the pool area is great! The bus ride into town is quick and easy and Maria gave us tons of recommendations for the area.

Great location within walking distance of Lapad and the Old town , also bus option outside if walking is not an option for you. Maria is an excellent host and gave us so much additional information about the area and some suggestions on restaurants and things to do. She even arrived down with cream to us one evening after I'd gotten a couple of insect bites.
