The staff helped me obtain Tylenol for my horrific back pains. There was a separate area for my 4 year old to play quietly when my back pain was too intense. The location was beyond beautiful.

Many things I would consider favorable about this facility: Location on the waterfront, Facility staff were very attentive and proactive in our needs.
The provided breakfast was outstanding with menu items changing from day to day, while the seating overlooked the bay. A great way to start our day.
I would not consider this remark as a negative response but the facility is older AND the staff work very hard to improve on its appearance. I understand that if the costs of the rooms were increased, a higher degree of improvements could be maintained. I preferred the current room costs as well as the facility's current appearance.
