Center of town, breakfast was incredible . Fridge in room.
Very kind staff and very helpful.
One of our bags with cosmetics was forgotten. On the next day I called and the reception, without hesitation, helped me to get the bag. It sounds like a normal thing, but actually the bag was full of expensive makeup and perfumes, and she could have simply said, "I can't find it!" But, opposite to that, she helped me. I organized DHL for the next day and got it back. Super grateful! Recommending the place, and next time when we visit Pula, I will stay in this hotel again!
Located a few minutes walk from the town centre this 3 star hotel had exactly what I expected, what I didnt expect was the 5 star restaurant connected to the hotel, my wife and I spent two wonderful evenings in the restaurant, this is truely a hidden gem
Easy to find, check-in was a breeze, young lady at front desk spoke excellent english. Super early checkout went easy because a gentleman who worked in the parking garage showed me how to get to my car after hours and how to check out when nobody was in the office
Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, good location walking distance to many restaurants, historic sites.
