Hotel Vimbula - Komolac, Мокошица, Хорватия

The location of the hotel is fantastic. It’s close enough to Dubrovnik Old Town which can be easily reached by bus but it sits next to the most beautiful river and landscapes that it is hardly necessary to leave the immediate area of the hotel. There is a lovely terrace to spend time in the evening in fresh air. The hotel restaurant serves great food and is located across the road just by the river which gives it a great ambience.

Staying in Dubrovnik is expensive and hard if you have a car. That’s why I opted for a hotel out of town where I could easily park and get around. There is a bus line that leads directly to the old town, and it runs every 10 minutes, so although far away it is quite convenient. The room is quite comfortable and modern. The staff were always helpful, particularly with getting into town. The hotel has a great restaurant.
