House Elisabeth - a charming old town property is located in Rovinj, just a 12-minute walk from Rovinj Marina and 12 miles from Dvigrad Castle. The property is around a 6-minute walk from Cathedral St. Eufemia Rovinj, 22 miles from Pula Arena, and a 2-minute walk from Balbi Arch. Free Wifi is available, and private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. The air-conditioned apartment is composed of 3 separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a fridge, and 2 bathrooms. Towels and bed linen are offered in the apartment. Loved the location. Steps to shopping, Old town and the waterfront restaurants and promenade. Very clean and beds are comfortable!
House Elisabeth is perfectly located to explore Rovinj. You are just a few minutes' walk away from the harbour and the old town and all the bars, restaurants and shops. Due to the old town location, the apartment itself is naturally small, but it was comfortable for a family of four for a week. The only slight downside is the very small living area/kitchen, but this is only an issue if you are planning to spend evenings in, rather than eating out. Parking is a few minutes away from the accommodation itself and costs extra. But the car was kept in a secure car park and we were met by Luca who gave us (and our luggage) a lift in a golf cart to the front door, where he gave us the keys.
The property is a very beautiful old, tall narrow house on 3 levels, which has retained the traditional look while still modernised with new kitchen and small living space, 3 double rooms (2 on second floor) one en-suite shower larger room on top floor, all with comfortable beds. The second shower room and toilet is on the ground floor.
It was the ideal location that really made it for us, right in the centre of the old town just a short downhill walk to the main areas - the port, restaurants, bars, boat trips and shops.
We didn’t have a car and arrived by Uber, there was good communication between Ivan who told our Uber driver where to park and the driver who dropped us off pointing out Ivan’s electrical vehicle that would take us into the old town. It was just a short distance but saved us searching for the property while carrying bags. On departure we were kindly met and driven to our taxi meet point.
Owners were amazing we go in late and they came to pick us up and take our luggage to our apartments as it was quite far and hilly.
It was very clean and real Italian style. Right in the Fortress so close to everything
