Property was clean and good enough to accommodate 3 persons

The apartment was updated, very comfortable,and well stocked with everything you could need including laundry detergent and snacks. The beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning was cool, the shower had good water pressure and hot water. The lift was small but fast. We found parking easily. The apartment is about a 12.minute drive to the Old Town in Split.

I was with a group of friends, we were going to a concert, so we used that time to go in Split for a few days. we contacted Miro, he gave us instructions for check in,it was very easy. you have a large parking lot in front of the building and you can always find a place. everything was very clean and the apartment is so well equipped, you have everything you can think of that you might need during your stay. Ps. the neighborhood where the accommodation is located is very close to all important locations on foot, and you can also get everywhere by car in 5-6 minutes. it is also a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood thank you Miro, see you again!

The entire apartment was very nice, very modern and well equipped. Owner left a few drinks and fresh fruit for us, really nice gesture. The living room has A/C, but not enough to freshen up the rooms in the back which become quite hot.

Lovely apartment, very clean and close to shop. Good communication from owner.
