The Spa was beautiful and the rooms were very spacious. Service at the Hotel was excellent, the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The Pool and Beach area is just too small for the size of the hotel and the number of guests, everything felt crammed in which lets the hotel down. Also, all the beds at the pool and beach are always reserved, even if people aren't sitting at them.

Everything was fabulous, the greeting as we entered the hotel from the doorman, the friendly but professional receptionist Ivana, who welcomed us with a glass of sparkling wine and booked us in and remembered out names throughout our stay. The room was luxurious, the bathroom was huge with a rainfall shower, and the view was magnificent from our balcony, across the bay with the islands in the distance. It was my daughter’s 30th birthday celebration and the hotel provided a bottle of sparkling wine and a birthday cake with candles, just delightful. There was so much choice for breakfast, hot and cold with an extra special glass of sparkling wine every morning to drink on the terrace. All the staff were helpful and pleasant with a smile on their faces. The hotel facilities were fabulous with indoor and outdoor pool, sauna and steam room, Turkish bath, hot pool, relaxation area. The hotel was only a short walk from local restaurants or about 20 minutes into the old walled city of Dubrovnik.
