We stayed in an apartment on the ground floor for 2 weeks.
Everything was perfect.
A cosy room with a super convenient big bed and good sofa, a mini kitchen with a stove, a fridge, a sink and a table.
Tha bathroom was also comfortable.
Very nice hosts, speaking perfect English.
A quiet place on the mountain.
A nice swimming pool with a view on the town and the sea.
The sandy beach is within a 7-minutes walk (google map doesn't show it, but there's a walking bridge across the river, leading right to the big beach).
There's a nice hiking trail along the wild beaches through the forest, leading to the Ulcin old town.
So, the place, the hosts and the villa are highly recommended.

We really like the most area around apartment. Panoramic view from swimmingpool- beautiful nature(mountains, flowers, fruits). Apartment was clean.
5-10 min by walk from property is located beach and nearby are restaurants and markets.
Hosts are really nice people .
