Great villa/hotel with a great choice of apartments, clean, quiet, amazing views of the whole town, parking available, they have a pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. Great staff, very kind. You should try a restaurant run by the family Tati, it's located on the upper level, try fillet medallions. Delicious.
If you are first time in Ulcinj, with a car, the streets are small, do not get upset, you will manage it! Still beautiful and worth visiting! And also very good and affordable prices at Tati! Enjoy!

Everything was perfect. 10/10
The view was absolutely incredible. Basically a 360 degree panoramic view on the top terrace. Everything was clean and it’s a relatively quiet area, save for the barking of the neighbors dog. Tati was extremely kind and helpful in indicating where i should go while in Ulcinj and how best to spend my time. When it was time for me to go and the taxi’s he was calling wouldn’t come due to being busy, he offered to drive me to the bus station. Incredibly hospitable and loved my stay.
Everything was amazing! We met Tati right away and he showed us to our room. The value is amazing for the price and the food in the restaurant is great (great view too). Thank you Tati!
Beautiful view of the sea, beach, downtown. Top of the hill of all the buildings. Full menu available from the staff for all three meals. Family run. All very friendly. One young server working there for the summer stole our hearts. Good strong WiFi. Good AC. Hope to go back.
