The hotel is set in a beautiful village, tranquil riverside location, surrounded by hills. Our host, Peter, was incredibly welcoming, and spoke good English. We arrived late for check-in; he waited up for us and even offered to make us food and drink after all of the staff went home. He was able to make us laugh, kept us smiling every time we saw him, was attentive, and kindly offered us blankets/seat pads when we were sitting outside in the evening. The food we ordered was nice (chicken caesar salad, pulled pork burger, mixed salad, and pork fillet/doll). There's a trampoline and hot tub, which we didn't use, but is nice for children.
