This place definitely earns it's high rating. The apartment was spotless, fully equipped kitchen including a Nespresso machine microwave & full size refrigerator with freezer, great shower with rainforest head, huge TV with streaming services (Netflix, etc), very comfortable bed and small balcony. Everything in the building looks and smells new. Check-in was very easy, the property was very responsive to inqueries and the location was great, near many restaurants but the apartment is basically soundproof. Finally, the staff was excellent. The reception is open from 8-5 and anytime I ever needed anything they were very quick to bring it to my apartment. Every member of staff with whom I interacted was friendly, attentive and professional. Nobilis clearly knows how to run this property. Well done.

We were accommodated in the deluxe room. The size and the equipment of the room was sufficient, the design is nice, the bed was comfortable, the room was very clean. Check-in and accessing the apartment with the provided code was easy.

Very clean , good facilities , good communication with host . Liked the fact you pre checked in and used pin code to get in the hotel and room . 15min walk into main shopping area . Plenty of cafes / restaurants around hotel area and tram runs right past it

clean comfortable room with all necessary equipment, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove, all you need to have in apartment. The location is in city center near the National Museum, and is comfortable for walking around.
