Penzion Pivovar Vranik, Трнава, Чешская Республика

On arrival and throughout the evening, the staff member was very kind and helpful (setting up our wifi, explaining the menu, relating the history of the premises etc.), with fluent English. The place is near-idyllic, were it not for the light but perceptible aroma of cess-pit (not specific to the hotel or even the village). The food was fine, and their home brew was excellent. We particularly liked the bitterness of their IPA, and returned to it after being given a taste of their special Easter brew. The bed was comfortable with great views from the window.

The accommodation itself is located in a family run brewery which gives it a plus point as the beer is excellent. My room was clean and cozy, en suite bathroom as well.
