The spa was lovely, the steam rooms could have been steamier not much steam, some of the pools were not very warm I caught a cold it was chilly at night. The breakfast was ok not many choices but sufficient. The food we ordered was just ok but I loved our room and view of Zurich. The rooftop pool very nice.
Absolutely liked everything. The staff are great, rooms are large and could not wish for more. Breakfast was great. We were even allowed to leave our truck outside reception as was too big for the parking garage. Staff really went over and above.

The service from the front door until we left was EXCELLENT! The food was great. The extra help to get around, taxi, and recommendations were fantastic! The SPA was just the best too! We will be back!
