The staff, restaurant and location were exceptional!
Quirky room, upgraded with a big bath in the center of the room, making for a nice evening even if we arrived late.
Port or sherry bottle given complimentary as well.
Nice lake views at breakfast.
The accommodation was very charming, reminiscent of a swiss chalet. Breakfast was delightful. Staff was extremely attentive and kind. We are thankful for the upgrade offered without request. Location is exceptional, close enough to enjoy the city and far enough to experience the lake and country side. Readily accessible to main road.
Staff was like being with family. Wonderful greeting/meeting with guests for wine and snacks. Breakfast was fantastic.
